2. Resume with colored 2×2 picture
3. TOR Diploma Board Rating (breakdown of grades)
4. Board Certificate Birth Certificate PRC ID (with signature at the back)
Note: Applicants should not be more than 35years old.
Follow ups of application is every MONDAY.
Applicants must be at least 5 feet in height.
