December 2013 NLE Room Assignments

The December 2013 Nurse Licensure Examination is scheduled on December 7-8, 2013 in Manila, All Regional Offices, Zamboanga, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Dagupan & Laoag City. Below are the instructions for the said licensure exam and the room assignments for examinees.

  INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Examinees should report before 6:30 in the morning every examination day. LATE EXAMINEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED. 
2. Bring the following: Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, pencils no. 1 or 2, black ball pens, metered-stamped window mailing envelope, long brown and long plastic envelopes. 
3. CELLULAR PHONES AND OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 
4. Wear the prescribed dress code.

• PRC Resets the Board Lic. Exam for Professional Teachers in Zamboanga City, Tawi-Tawi and Jolo, Sulu from Sept. 29, 2013 to Jan. 26, 2014
• PRC cancels Tacloban City as testing site for November 2013 Midwife and December 2013 Nurse examination
